كتب كلٌ من العقيد والمقدم محاولين تقديم رؤية للحالة العامة في البلاد وقد انسجمت قصاصتاهما في الصياغة والمحتوى.. ونرى من الحكمة إعادة قراءة الوثيقتين التوأم وتقييم محتواهما فالوثيقتان من رئيسين سابقين وجدير بنا أن نقرأ ما كتبوه حتى ولو جاء في الوقت بدل الضائع ..!
