فرنسا تعتقل مالك تطبيق “تلغرام”

اعتقلت الشرطة الفرنسية رئيس شركة تلغرام، بافيل دوروف، في مطار شمال باريس.

وذكرت وسائل إعلام فرنسية أن الملياردير دوروف اعتقل بعد هبوط طائرته الخاصة في مطار لو بورجيه شمال العاصمة الفرنسية.
