نكتة فائض الكهرباء وتصديره تصطدم بالانقطاعات المستمرة بنفس الوتيرة والعموم في نواكشوط (جميع الأحياء، دفعة أو تناوبا). وبدلا من أن تقنع الناس، تأكل مصداقية السلطة التي تكررها في الظلام!
