علقت المحكمة الجنائية المختصة في محاربة الفساد، اليوم الاثنين، جلسات محاكمة الرئيس السابق محمد ولد عبد العزيز وعدد من أعوانه، استجابة لطلب من الدفاع ليطعن في دستورية المحكمة لدى المجلس الدستوري.
أكد منسق هيئة دفاع الرئيس السابق محمد ولد عبد العزيز المحامي محمدن ولد اشدو تدهور صحة موكلهم داخل محتجزه في مدرسة الشرطة بولاية نواكشوط الغربية، وطالب بتوفير الرعاية الصحية له.
انطلقت صباح اليوم الاثنين، بقاعة المحكمة الجنائية المختصة في محاربة الفساد بنواكشوط، وقائع جلسات اليوم الثامن من محاكمة المتهمين في الملف المعروف محليا ب ” العشرية”.
رفض ختار ولد الشين، الأخ الشقيق للناشط الحقوقي الصوفي ولد الشين، محاولة بعض من يوصفون بأنهم محرضين “إفساد القضية”، داعيًا إلى التهدئة والابتعاد عن التخريب.
رحم الله المناضل الحقوقي الصوفي ولد الشين وأسكنه فسيح جناته، وأحسن عزاء أسرته وذويه وعزاء الشعب والوطن. رائع جدا ما نشاهده من وحدة وتضامن ولحمة وطنية للتنديد بهذه الجريمة النكراء والمطالبة بالعدالة بشأنها.
بدأت الجلسة العلنية الثامنة من محاكمة ملف "العشرية"، اليوم عند الساعة العاشرة صباحا، بإعلان رئيس الجلسة أن المحكمة ستبدأ اليوم في استجواب المتهمين بدء بالرئيس السابق محمد ولد العزيز الذي استدعاه للجلوس أمام المحكمة.
