رفضت المحكمة العليا اليوم جميع الطعون التي تقدم بها دفاع المشمولون في قضية العشرية.

ويقضي القرار بإحالة المتهمين في الملف إلى المحكمة المختصة في الفساد، بعد تجاوز مراحل الاستناف، والطعن وفقا للتنظيم القضائي في موريتانيا.

المحكمة العليا تحيل "ملف العشرية" إلى محكمة الفساد

أحالت الغرفة الجزائية في المحكمة العليا الملف المعروف إعلاميا بـ"ملف العشرية" إلى المحكمة المختصة في الفساد، وذلك بعد أيام من التداول حوله.

واستنثت الغرفة من المشمولين في الملف رجل الأعمال أحمد سالك ولد ابوه، حيث قضت بأن "لا وجه لمتابعته" في حقه.
