الكشف عن توسعة لمشروع “آفطوط الساحلي”

قال المدير العام للشركة الوطنية للماء، محمد الأمين ولد البنيه،اليوم السبت إن مشروع آفطوط الساحلي، سيشهد توسعة هذا العام ليرتفع إنتاجه من خلالها إلى 225 ألف متر مكعب يوميا، بعد أن كان ينتج 120ألف متر مكعب يوميا.

ولد البنيه أكد في تصريح صحفي له أن هذه التوسعة تأتي نظرا لكثرة الطلب على المياه في العاصمة نتيجة لاتساعها وازدياد أعداد سكانها.

وتعاني مدينة نواكشوط من انقطاعات متكررة للمياه في الآونة الأخيرة، وأظهر ناشطون على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي انزعاجهم من هذه الانقطاعات ، بينما التزمت الشركة الصمت ولم تبرر ذلك.

من جهته أدى وزير المياه والصرف الصحي  سيد أحمد ولد محمد السبت زيارة تفقد واطلاع لمركب منشآت آفطوط الساحلي لمياه الشرب عند الكلومتر 17 على طريق نواكشوط روصو.

وأعطى الوزير تعليماته ، خاصة في مجال الصيانة والعنصر البشري وتحسين نظام العمل والتركيز على ضرورة الاعتماد على العمالة المحلية.
