نقابات الصحة تلوح بالدخول في إضراب مفتوح عن العمل

دعت نقابات قطاع الصحة السلطات بتطبيق الاتفاق النهائي الموقع بين الطرفين، والمتضمن زيادة الأجور ورفع قيمة تعويضات المداومة لمختلف كوادر الصحة، وذلك بشكل فوري، مع فتح باب التفاوض على باقي النقاط.
وقالت النقابات -في بيان صادر اليوم السبت (29 أغسطس 2020)- إن وزارة الصحة والقطاعات ذات الصلة بالملف تتحمل مسؤولية أي تأخير في تنفيذ بنود الاتفاق، مضيفة أن الأمر سيدفع النقابات "لاتخاذ القرار المناسب لهذا الوضع الجديد ولو تطلب ذلك الدخول فى إضراب مفتوح عن العمل".
وأضاف البيان أن الاتفاق تم فى هذه المرحلة الأولى من المفاوضات على تطبيق نقطتي زيادة الأجور والمداومة مع جدولة زمنية محددة لتطبيقها قبل ظهور جائحة كورونا، والتى توقفت خلالها المفاوضات وعانت فيها الطواقم الصحية من حيث عدم التكفل بالمصابين منها، وفق نص البيان.
