موريتانيا: قافلة برلمانية تختتم أنشطة جولتها في مناطق الضفة

اختتمت القافلة البرلمانية أمس السبت جولتها التي قادتها لعواصم الولايات المطلة على الضفة من سيلبابي حيث عقدت عدة لقاءات مع السلطات الإدارية و المجلس الجهوي ورؤساء المصالح الجهوية و بعض هيئات المجتمع المدني و التعاونيات النسوية و الأندية الشبابية و الوجهاء في المنطقة و المزارعين .

و استهلت القافلة نشاطاتها بلقاء مع والي كيدي ماغه الطيب ولد محمد محمود ناقش خلاله الجانبان أهداف زيارة التفقد والاطلاع التي يؤديها النواب لدوائرهم الانتخابية لحمل هموم المواطنين و حلحلة مطالبهم إلى الجهات المعنية .

و عقدت القافلة بعد ذلك اجتماعا بالنائب الأول لرئيس المجلس الجهوي مصطفى راجل ماق و أعضاء المجلس ناقش مختلف مجالات التنمية في الولاية و سبل الدفع بعجلتها إلى الأمام و استمعت البعثة البرلمانية بعناية لمداخلات الحضور و لفتت الانتباه لوجود مقرر يسجل جميع هذه الأفكار و المقترحات لفرزها لاحقا و إعداد دراسة بشأنها و هو حال باقي اجتماعات القافلة .

كما عقدت القافلة اجتماعا موسعا ضم رؤساء المصالح الجهوية و ممثلي هيئات المجتمع المدني و التعاونيات النسوية و الأندية الشبابية و الوجهاء في المنطقة

أكد في مستهله رئيس القافلة النائب سيدنا سوخنا أهداف الجولة الاستطلاعية الجماعية و المتمثلة في تفقد الأحوال و جمع المطالب لتوصيلها للجهات المركزية و متابعة إجراءات تنفيذها خدمة للمواطنين .

و أضاف رئيس القافلة أن الضفة تتمتع بمستقبل واعد نظرا لوجود المياه و المساحات الصالحة للزراعة بكل أنواعها المروية و الموسمية و الفيضية كما أنها تعتبر أكبر خزان رعوي في البلاد مما يجعل السعي لاستجلاب الاستثمارات في هذه القطاعات أولوية بالغة بل ستشكل نقلة نوعية في مجال التنمية .

وعبر رئيس القافلة عن استعدادهم لمناقشة كافة الهموم و المطالب و إعداد دراسة تفصيلية محكمة بشأنها في أسرع وقت ممكن .

كما عبر رئيس القافلة عن عزمهم على متابعة بنود مشاريع الميزانية الموجهة إلى الضفة و محاولة توجيهها لصالح أولويات السكان التي سترد في مداخلات الحضور .

و من جهتهم قدم رؤساء المصالح عروضا عن قطاعاتهم و مجمل المعوقات و المشاكل المطروحة لهم و تقدموا بمقترحات عملية بشأن مختلف المجالات .

وأجمع باقي الحضور من ممثلي المزارعين و هيئات المجتمع المدني و الوجهاء على أهمية هذه القافلة و ما تعنيه من اهتمام بصوت الموطن و السعي في تحقيق آماله و التفاعل مع طموحاته و مشاغله.
