ملف البنك المركزي: تعديل الحكم الصادر في حق تبيبه بنت علي انجاي

قررت الغرفة الجزائية الجنائية بمحكمة الاستئناف في نواكشوط تأكيد براءة الخليل ولد الطايع وأحمد كريستوف وأحمد سالم 
كما قررت توقيف الحكم الصادر في حق تبيبة بنت على انجاي  شريطة دفعها المبلغ الذي الزمتها به محكمة الأصل لصالح البنك المركزي،
وكانت المحكمة المختصة في ملفات الفساد قد أدانت تبيبه بنت عالي انجاي بالسجن 6 سنوات نافذة مع تعويض الأموال.
وبدأ الملف في الثالث يوليو 2020 عندما قدم البنك المركزي الموريتاني شكوى أمام النيابة العامة عقب اكتشاف فريق تدقيق تابع له اختفاء مبالغ مالية من خزائنه، إضافة لوجود مبالغ من اليورو والدولار مزورة داخل كميات العملة الصعبة الموجودة لديه وهو ما اعتبر ساعتها أكبر عملية من هذا النوع يواجهها المركزي الموريتاني.
وشمل الملف العديد من الشخصيات التي تعمل في المجال المالي وتم الإفراج عن معظمها مؤخرا .
