شروط لشرب الماء على معدة فارغة في الصباح

تعتبرعادة شرب كوب من الماء في الصباح على معدة فارغة من العادات الصحية الشائعة التي يقوم بها الكثير من الأشخاص.
قالت خبيرة تغذية : “إن كوب من الماء في الصباح على معدة فارغة هو عادة مفيدة حقاً، حيث يستيقظ الجسم. لتبدأ جميع العمليات، ولتعمل المعدة بشكل واضح في الوقت المحدد، ولتحسن الحالة النفسية، بالإضافة لتحفيز حركية الأمعاء “.

إلى أن الأخصائية حددت شرطاً لشرب الماء، على أن يكون بدرجة حرارة معينة قائلة : “يجب أن تكون حرارة الماء بدرجة حرارة الغرفة، وليس بارداً، خاصة إذا كان الشخص يعاني من الإمساك، وهو مايعاني منه حوالي 80٪ من سكان المدن. وإذا كانت هناك آلام في البطن، فيجب أن يكون الماء أكثر دفئاً”.

وتابعت : “شرب الماء مع إضافة عصير الليمون وعصير الحمضيات على معدة فارغة سيكون له تأثير مفيد إذا لم تكن هناك مشاكل في المعدة.
