أكجوجت أنفو تنشر البيان الصادر عن مجلس الوزراء اليوم

إجتمع مجلس الوزراء اليوم الأربعاء تحت رئاسة صاحب الفخامة السيد محمد ولد الشيخ الغزواني، رئيس الجمهورية.

وقد درس المجلس وصادق على مشروع قانون يسمح بالمصادقة على اتفاقية القرض الموقعة بتاريخ 14 نوفمبر 2022 بين الجمهورية الإسلامية الموريتانية والصندوق العربي للإنماء الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والمخصصة للمساهمة في تمويل مشروع تزويد مدينة كيفه بمياه الشرب.

ستمكن المصادقة على هذه الاتفاقية من المساهمة في تمويل مشروع تزويد المدن والقرى الواقعة بين غوراي وكيفه بمياه الشرب من خلال المياه السطحية للنهر على بعد 253 كلم، وهو المصدر الوحيد الوفير والمتجدد، كما سيزود المشروع البلدات والقرى الواقعة على طول القناة المستقبلية لنقل المياه من قطب الانتاج الجديد بما في ذلك حاسي شكار وولد ينج وكنكوصة، وسيدمج المشروع الاحتياجات المائية للتجمعات الواقعة في المناطق المجاورة لمدينة كيفه.

كما درس المجلس وصادق على مشاريع المراسيم التالية:

-مشروع مرسوم يتضمن تطبيق بعض أحكام القانون رقم 2021-009 الصادر بتاريخ 26 فبراير 2021، المحدد للنظام الخاص لأفراد الأمن المدني.

يهدف مشروع المرسوم الحالي إلى تحديد الإطار التنظيمي الذي يحكم أفراد الأمن المدني تنفيذا للقانون رقم 2021-009 الصادر بتاريخ 26فبراير 2021 المحدد للنظام الخاص لأفراد الأمن المدني.

ويتضمن جميع القواعد العامة المطبقة على نظرائهم من الأسلاك الأمنية الأخرى مثل الحرس الوطني والشرطة الوطنية والتجمع العام الأمن الطرق.

-مشروع مرسوم يتضمن منحا مؤقتا لقطعة أرضية في نواكشوط لصالح فندق صباح

-مشروع مرسوم يتضمن تعيين أعضاء مجلس إدارة مركز استطباب التخصصات بنواذيبو

-مشروع مرسوم يتضمن تعيين رئيس وأعضاء مجلس إدارة الموريتانية للطيران الدولي

وعلى ضوء نتائج زيارة العمل التي قام فخامة رئيس الجمهورية لولاية تكانت يوم الإثنين 28 من الشهر الجاري، قدم مجلس الوزراء تشكراته وتهانيه الحارة لسكان هذه الولاية عموما ولسكان مقاطعة تجكجة خصوصا على التعبئة الفائقة وحفاوة الاستقبال الذي خصصوه لرئيس الجمهورية والوفد المرافق له في هذه الزيارة الهامة.

وقدم وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون والموريتانيين في الخارج بيانا عن الوضع الدولي.

وقدم وزير الداخلية واللامركزية بيانا عن الحالة في الداخل.

وقدم وزير الشؤون الاقتصادية وترقية القطاعات الإنتاجية بيانا يتعلق بتنفيذ المشاريع خلال شهر اكتوبر 2022.

استمر الأداء الجيد في تنفيذ الأنشطة المجدولة، المسجلة في سبتمبر 2022، خلال شهر أكتوبر من نفس العام، مما أدى إلى زيادة كبيرة في عدد المشاريع التي يكون مستوى أدائها مرضيًا وانخفاض عدد تلك التي مستوى أدائها. منخفض، ومن حيث ديناميكية التطور فإن المنحى التصاعدي لا زال هو السائد إلا أنه لاتزال ثمة حاجة لبعض الجهود.
