كيفة: "صحيفة كيفة للأنباء" تتوعد العمد بملاحقته قانونيا

عقدت إدارة "صحيفة كيفة للأنباء" اليوم الجمعة. اجتماعا موسعا ضم طاقم الصحيفة بخصوص القضية العالقة بين المؤسسة وبلدية كيفة. حيث ندد طاقم الصحيفة بهذا العمل المشين الذي أقدم عليه العمدة. وفي نهاية الإجتماع.  قرر طاقم الصحيفة  بإحالة القضية الشائكة بين المؤسسة وعمدة بلدية كيفة. وطرحها الى القضاء وذلك بفعل إقدام العمد على اقتحام مقر إدارة الصحيفة والتلاعب بوثائق ومعدات المؤسسة وانتزاع المحل بالقوة. متجاهلا في ذلك العقد المبرم بين المؤسسة والبلدية. 
وهو ما سيعرضه للمسائلة القانونية. كونه اقتحم  مقر الصحيفة دون إذن مسبق من مسؤوليها  او بأمر قضائي أو إداري.
