الإعلان عن الشروع في تطبيق المرسوم المحدد للخدمة الصحفية الإلكترونية

أعلنت مديرية الاعتمادات والعلاقات مع الصحافة بوزارة الثقافة والشباب والرياضة والعلاقات مع البرلمان، شروعها في تطبيق المرسوم رقم 194-2021 المحدد للخدمة الصحفية الإلكترونية.

 

وشددت المديرية في بيان صادر عنها اليوم، على أن أي مؤسسة لاتنسجم مع مقتضيات وأحكام هذا المرسوم، فإنه لايمكنها الاستفادة من الدعم والتسهيلات التي تمنحها السلطات العمومية للصحافة، ولامن الامتيازات الأخرى التي تخولها صفة المؤسسة الصحفية، طبقا للمادة 16 من نفس المرسوم.

 

وطالبت المديرية جميع المؤسسات المعنية بالموضوع، بإكمال إجراءات مطابقة وضعيتها مع مقتضيات هذا المرسوم قبل 23/12/2022.
