الوطنية للشغيلة: لا معني لأي زيادة ما لم تتخذ تدابير لتخفيض الأسعار

اعتبرت الكونفدرالية الوطنية للشغيلة الموريتانية، أنه "لا معنى لأي زيادة (في الرواتب)  ما لم تتخذ تدابير صارمة لتخفيض الأسعار التي تسحق المواطنين سحقا".

 

جاء ذلك في بيان لها تعليقا على خطاب الرئيس محمد ولد الغزواني الذي أعلن فيه زيارة رواتب الموظفين بمبلغ 20 ألف أوقية قديمة.

 

وأشارت الهيئة النقابية إلى أن البلد يعيش "أوضاعا اجتماعية خانقة بسبب غلاء المعيشة وارتفاع الأسعار لدرجة غير مسبوقة في ظل غياب الحوار الاجتماعي".

 

ورحبت النقابة بقرار زيادة رواتب الموظفين، لكنها نبهت إلى أن "أسلوب الهبة من رئيس الجمهورية ليس الأسلوب القانوني، ولا الطريقة المثلى في دولة الحقوق والمؤسسات، بل طريق ذلك المفاوضات الجماعية عبر أطرافها ومؤسساتها".

 

وشددت على ضرورة مراجعة العلاوات والأجور "بما يسمح بإنصاف الفئات الوظيفية المهمشة والمغبونة كعمال التعليم" مشيرة إلى أن البلد يعرف اختلالا في الرواتب غير مقبول.

 

ودعت إلى اتخاذ الوسائل الكفيلة بأن تشمل هذه الزيادة العقدويين ومقدمي خدمة التعليم وأن تتخذ الإجراءات الكفيلة بأن يستفيد منها عمال القطاع الخاص والتجمعات المحلية ومختلف العمال.

 

كما طالبت - بفتح مفاوضات جماعية جادة والإسراع بتنظيم عادل شفاف ومحايد للحقل النقابي لتحديد النقابات الأكثر تمثيلا.
