كشف العلاقة بين تناول اللحوم الحمراء وتطور السرطان

أعلنت الدكتورة أوكسانا ميخاليفا، أخصائية الغدد الصماء وخبيرة التغذية الروسية، أن تناول اللحوم الحمراء قد ترتبط به زيادة خطر الإصابة بأمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية والسرطان.

وتقول: "تحتوي اللحوم الحمراء مقارنة باللحوم البيضاء، على نسبة عالية من الدهون المشبعة، بما فيها الكوليسترول. لذلك يؤدي تناولها باستمرار إلى زيادة خطر الإصابة بأمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك تسبب الدهون المشبعة السمنة والنوع الثاني من السكري".

ووفقا لها، ينصح الأطفال والمراهقون والشباب بتناول اللحوم الحمراء مرتين في الأسبوع، على أن لا تزيد الكمية عن 500 غرام. لأن اللحوم الحمراء هي مصدر رئيسي لعنصر الحديد الضروري للنمو والتطور. أما البالغون فيمكنهم تناول اللحوم الحمراء مرة واحدة في الأسبوع. وينصح الذين تجاوزوا الخمسين من العمر، بتناول اللحوم الحمراء 1-2 مرة في الشهر.

وتضيف، هذه النصائح والتوصيات لا تشمل اللحوم المعالجة- النقانق والصوصج وغيرها، التي تعتبر من الأغذية غير الصحية. لذلك لا ينصح بتناولها.
