رئيس الجمهورية يشرف على تدشين نظام الأمن والمراقبة العامة لمدينة نواكشوط

أشرف رئيس الجمهورية، محمد ولد الشيخ الغزواني، مساء اليوم الثلاثاء في نواكشوط، على تدشين نظام الأمن والمراقبة العامة لمدينة نواكشوط.

ويهدف هذا المشروع إلى تحديث الأجهزة الأمنية وجعلها قادرة على ضمان السلام والأمن والنظام العام في مدينة نواكشوط .

كما سيعمل هذا النظام على الرفع من مستوى الحماية العمومية من خلال وضع بنية تحتية للمراقبة والتواصل المندمج في نواكشوط تحديدا، عبر نشر كاميرات مراقبة (بالفيديو) تمكن من المراقبة الآنية للأمن في المناطق الحسّاسة، مع القدرة على التدخل الفوري والفعّال، كلما تطلب الأمر ذلك، بفضل نظام اتصال بين مختلف مصالح الشرطة وأجهزة الأمن الأخرى.

وسيتيح هذا البرنامج، إمكانية معالجة المعطيات التي تشكل تهديدا للنظام العام، والتكفل بالطوارئ الأمنية، عبر التواصل والتدخل العاجل من قبل مصالح الشرطة، لاسيما في المناطق المعقدة مثل الأسواق الكبرى والمصارف وملتقيات الطرق الأساسية، ومداخل ومخارج النقاط الرئيسية في العاصمة.

ويتضمن نظام المراقبة في تركيبته جملة من الآليات والأدوات الفنية المتمثلة في، تجهيزات لمراقبة المناطق الحساسة؛ نظام اتصال من الجيل الرابع يضم، 1500 محطة متنقلة مع إمكانية الوصول إلى 3500 محطة؛ خمس سيارات للقيادة المتنقلة؛ 20 محطة أساسية، نظام مراقبة بالفيديو يشمل 316 كاميرا مراقبة مع إمكانية التوسع إلى 1000 نقطة مراقبة.

كما يشمل هذا النظام ثلاثة مراكز مناطقية، في مباني الإدارات الجهوية للأمن، و34 محطة في مفوضيات الشرطة في عموم أنحاء العاصمة.

وتم تمويل مشروع “نظام الحماية والمراقبة العمومية لمدينة نواكشوط” من طرف حكومة جمهورية الصين الشعبية بغلاف مالي يصل ستةَ مليارات و294 مليون أوقية قديمة.

وقد تمكنت بلادنا بفضل اعتماد هذه الاستراتيجية والمضي قدما في تنفيذها من حماية الوطن والمواطن وإرساء التنمية ودحر الإرهاب والعمل على تجفيف منابعه، ماضية في الآن ذاته في العمل على حماية المؤسسات الديمقراطية وصون الحريات.

وقال وزير الداخلية واللامركزية، محمد أحمد ولد محمد الأمين، إن هذا التدشين يشكل حلقة ضمن تدشينات عديدة تواكب تخليد عيد الاستقلال المجيد، كما تؤكد حجم الإنجازات الكثيرة التي ما فتئت تتوالى منذ تولي رئيس الجمهورية، محمد ولد الشيخ الغزواني، مقاليد السلطة.

ولد محمد الأمين، أضاف أن المشروع يشكل ترجمة حية، لما يوليه فخامة رئيس الجمهورية، للأمن عموما، وللأمن الحضري خصوصا، من بالغ اهتمام.
