الحكومة تستحدث حساب تحويلات خاص بتأهيل البنية التحتية للمدارس

صادقت الحكومة اليوم الثلثاء على مشروع مرسوم يتضمن إنشاء حساب تحويلات خاصة (CAS) بعنوان “صندوق بناء وإعادة تأهيل وتجهيز البنية التحتية للمدارس (FCREIS)”.

وقالت الحكوكة إنه ستتم تغذية هذا الصندوق هذه السنة بغلاف مالي قدره 20 مليار أوقية قديمة، مساهمة من ميزانية الدولة.

وأوضح البيان الصادر عقب اجتماع الحكومة، أن إنشاء هذا الحساب يأتي تنفيذا للقانون التوجيهي للنظام التربوي الوطني الذي يمثل الإطار المرجعي لسياسة إصلاح التعليم في البلاد.

وأضاف أن هذا الإطار يهدف إلى وضع الأسس السليمة لإنشاء المدرسة الجمهورية التي نصبو إليها لصالح الأجيال القادمة وإلى حشد جميع الوسائل والإمكانيات الضرورية لضمان بلوغ الأهداف المنشودة لإصلاح النظام التربوي، من خلال إنشاء بنية تحتية مدرسية عالية الجودة وكذا اقتناء المعدات المدرسية الحديثة لصالح المدارس الابتدائية ومؤسسات التعليم الثانوي.
