علماء يعتقدون أن مفتاح التغلب على السرطان في البطاطس

يعتقد الخبراء أن البطاطس والطماطم والباذنجان يمكن أن تكون مفتاح التغلب على السرطان.

وهنا يعتقد باحثون بولنديون أن المركبات النشطة بيولوجيا في الخضار يمكن أن تساعد المرضى أيضا على تفادي الآثار الجانبية الوحشية للعلاجات الحالية.

ويقولون إن الدراسات أشارت إلى أن الغليكوالكالوئيدات glycoalkaloids، وهي مواد كيميائية طبيعية توجد أيضا في الفلفل وتوت الغوجي Goji berries والتوت البري، تمتلك بعض خصائص مكافحة السرطان.

وعلى الرغم من نجاح العلاج الكيميائي في قتل الخلايا السرطانية، إلا أنه يمكن أن يؤدي إلى مجموعة من الآثار الجانبية غير السارة مثل تساقط الشعر والغثيان والتعب. وذلك لأن الأدوية تقتل عن غير قصد الخلايا السليمة في أماكن أخرى من الجسم، إلى جانب استهداف الخلايا السرطانية.

وقالت ماجدالينا وينكيل وزملاؤها من جامعة آدم ميكيفيتش في بوزنان، إن هذا جعل الأمر يستحق إعادة فحص خصائص النباتات الطبية.
