خبير قانوني: لم يعد من حق ولد عبد العزيز الترشح لرئاسة الجمهورية

قال الخبير القانوني المحامي سيد المختار ولد سيدي، إن الرئيس السابق محمد ولد عبد العزيز لم يعد . من حقه “قانونيا” الترشح للانتخابات الرئاسية.

حديث المحامي ولد سيدي جاء في تسجيل صوتي على إحدى مجموعات الواتساب.

وأرجع المحامي ولد سيدي السبب إلى ان ولد عبد العزيز مضى مأموريتين في ظل قانون لا يسمح لأي رئيس بالترشح. اكثر من مرتين ولو بعد الانقطاع عن الرئاسة.

وقال المحامي إن ترشح الرئيس الأسبق اعل ولد محمد فال بعد تعديل الدستور، يختلف لأن اعل لم يقضي في الحكم . سوى مأمورية واحدة.

وأكد المحامي ان ولد عبد العزيز لم يعد من حقه ممارسة السياسة لأن ممارسة السياسة تقتضي أن يكون بإمكانك الترشح، وهو ما يحظر على ولد عبد العزيز لأنه يشكل خطرا على القانون، في واقت اتهم “الخبير” ولد عبد العزيز بالعبث بقانون البلاد.

وأوضح الخبير القانوني انه لو كان في بلد غير موريتانيا لتصدى لولد عبد العزيز، متهما قضاء موريتانيا بأنه رهن مفتاحين، أحدهما لدى وكيل نواكشوط الغربية، والآخر لدى نقيب المحامين.
