وزارة التهذيب تصدر توضيحا حول تأخر رواتب خريجي مدارس تكوين المدرسين

طالعنا في بعض المواقع الإلكترونية بيانا منشورا باسم مناديب خريجي مدارس تكوين المعلمين وخريجي المدرسة العليا للتعليم، يطالبون فيه بمتأخرات رواتبهم، كما طالعنا بيانا آخر موقعا باسم مناديب دفعة الإصلاح من خريجي مدارس تكوين المعلمين، هذان البيانان يتطلبان منا التوضيحات التالية:
تاريخ نفاذ الاكتتاب، كما هو مثبت في المقررات، هو 15 يونيو 2022 بالنسبة للدفعة الأولى من خريجي مدارس تكوين المعلمين برسم السنة الدراسية 2021/2022 و10 يونيو 2022 بالنسبة لدفعة الأساتذة خريجي المدرسة العليا للتعليم. 
تم الاعتماد في تحديد هذه التواريخ على محاضر التخرج، وقد اكتملت إجراءات اكتتاب هاتين الدفعتين (استقبال الملفات ومراجعتها، إعداد الاعتمادات المالية وتوقيعها، إعداد مقرر الاكتتاب وتوقيعه) مع نهاية شهر سبتمبر وتمت إحالتها إلى المديرية العامة للميزانية وقد استلم المعنيون رواتبهم لشهر اكتوبر، أما بالنسبة لرواتبهم لأشهر يونيو ويوليو واغسطس وسبتمبر فهي حق لا ينازعهم فيه أحد كما هو مثبت في مقرر الاكتتاب، وتسديدها مسألة وقت وسيتم مع نهاية هذا الشهر أو مع نهاية شهر يناير 2023 كأبعد حد. 
بالنسبة للدفعة الثانية من خريجي مدارس تكوين المعلمين والمعروفة بدفعة الإصلاح فإن تاريخ نفاذ اكتتابها هو 04 سبتمبر 2022 كما هو مثبت في قرار الاكتتاب واعتمادا على التاريخ المحدد في محضر التخرج.
إجراءات اكتتاب هذه الدفعة اكتملت الأسبوع الماضي وتمت إحالة المقرر إلى المديرية العامة للميزانية وسيستلمون راتب شهر دجنبر ورواتب الأشهر المتبقية سيستلمونها مع بداية سنة 2023.
