سؤال لوزير المالية : لماذ الابقاء على مسيرين ومحاسبين ومراقبين ماليين ومدراء، جهويين للخزينة في مناصبهم لفترات طويلة?

استغرب مراقبون مختصون في الشؤون المالية ترك مسيرين ومحاسبين ومراقبين ماليين في مناصبهم لفترات طويلة، رغم إدراك وزير المالية لضرورة استبدالهم حرصا على النزاهة والشفافية في تسيير ومراقبة الميزانيات العمومية.

ولاحظ المراقبون، في حدبث لوكالة الوئام الوطني للأنباء، انتشار ما وصفوه بظاهرة التغاضي عن بقاء المسؤولين الماليين في مناصبهم  اكثر من خمس سنوات دون خضوعهم للتحويلات التي تمكن من ضخ دماء جديدة في الإدارات، ضاربين المثل بترك محاسبي المركز الوطني للخدمات الجامعية، واللجنة الوطنية للمحرروقات، وبعض محاسبي مستشفيات نواكشوط والداخل  ومؤسسات عمومية ذات طابع إداري    الذين أمضوا هم الاخرون مايزيد على خمس سنوات دونما تغيير. 

وأكد المراقبون أن بعض المدراء الجهويين للخزينة في عدة ولايات، ومراقبون ماليون في الوزارات أمضوا عقدا كاملا من الزمن في وظائفهم دون أن يطالهم أي تغيير.
