ملف العشرية يصل محكمة مكافحة الفساد تمهيدا لمحاكمة المتهمين

وصل ملف العشرية إلى المحكمة الجنائية المختصة بمكافحة الفساد، فيما بدأت الإجراءات التمهيدية لمحاكمة المتهمين المشمولين في الملف، والذين يتقدمهم الرئيس السابق محمد ولد عبد العزيز.

 

ومن المتوقع أن تبدأ إجراءات المحاكمة خلال الأسابيع المقبلة بعد وصول الملف لمحكمة الإحالة، وفق ما أكدت مصادر تحدثت للأخبار.

 

ويشمل الملف الرئيس السابق محمد ولد عبد العزيز وأحد عشر شخصا آخرين متابعين من قبل القضاء بتهم تتعلق بالفساد واختلاس المال العام خلال فترة حكمه التي امتدت من 2009 إلى 2019.
