وزير الداخلية يكشف أسباب عدم الترخيص للأحزاب السياسية

قال وزير الداخلية محمد احمد ولد محمد الامين الوزارة لديها الآن نحو 90 من ملفات الأحزاب التي تطالب بالترخيص.

 

وأضاف خلال المؤتمر الصحفي للحكومة مساء أمس، أن المحكمة العليا أقرت شرعية قرار خل الأحزاب السياسية، غير أن هذه الأحزاب عادت أودعت ملفات طلب تراخيص لدى الوزارة. 

 

وأوضح أن المعايير التي شرعت على أساسها الأحزاب قديمة ووضعت قبل أربعين سنة، وهو ما تسبب في وجود 100 حزب على اللوائح وهو ماسبب إرباكا للناخبين في انتخابات 2018.

 

وأكد أن القطاع ينوي قريبا إقامة ورشة لمراجعة قانون الأحزاب السياسية وإعداد مقاربة ومعايير موضوعية تقدم كمشروع قانون تشرع على أساسه الأحزاب.
