مطرقة واجب التحفظ ، وسندان التغييب المنهجي/القاضي عبدالله محمدسالم

بلغ الجهاز القضائي مستوى من الامتهان جعله يرمي من محطات متنوعة  عن قوس واحدة ، ولا تعير  هذه المحطات أي اهتمام لخطورة سهامها..
تارة يتشقق جسمه بفعل رماح النواب والوزراء.. وكأننا امام برلمان وحكومة في مستوى راق من النموذجية... نرقبهم كالشهب المنيرة نرى لمعانها وتلألؤها من بعيييييد ..نهتدي بها  ونستنير  بنورها في "دياجير المحاكم " بحيث تتشكل الإنارة بين كتلة موجبة ذات بصمات ميدانية بيضاء ، وكتلة سالبة ذات نقد هادف بناء بعيد عن مجرد جعجعة طاحنة يبتغي صاحبها الترويج أمام اصحاب الحبوب !
وتارة يتشقق هذا الجسم برماح بعض المتطفلين على موائد الإعلام ، حيث أصحاب السوابق العدلية ، ومخلفات التسيب  المدرسي والانحطاط الفكري والتدني الخلقي ،وغسيل النعرات الطائفية والجهوية والعنصرية ، بل والوظيفية..!
وتارة تنطلق السهام من محطات نفوذ تنتمي للقببلة حينا ، وللمال حينا آخر ، ولوظائف "سامية"  أحايين أخرى!
تتوالى الضربات والسهام على الجهاز القصائي من هنا وهناك وهو صام(ت) ، بالتاء بدل الدال  حتى لا تتجه الضربات نحوي قبل ان اسطر ان تكالب اصحاب النفوذ والوظائف ،  والتحامها مع اصحاب السوابق في بوتقة واحدة وراء محطات موحدة ، يشكل قرينة ذات اساس صلب تؤكد ان جسم هذا الجهاز عصي على الذوبان داخل هذه التكتلات على الأقل، رغم تخندقها حين استهدافه ، وتباعد رؤاها وخلفياتها وأهدافها حين تعود لمصالحها الضيقة، ليبقي الجهاز والمواطن خارج دائرة التأثير ، بين مطرقة واجب التحفظ القضائي ، وسندان التغييب المنهجي.
