دراسة حديثة: جميع أجداد البشر ينحدرون من السودان

توصلت دراسة حديثة، إلى أن جميع البشر تعود أصولهم المشتركة إلى أجداد عاشوا في شمال الخرطوم في السودان، وبالقرب من نهر النيل.

وتمكن باحثون في معهد البيانات الكبيرة في جامعة أكسفورد من إنشاء أكبر شجرة عائلية بشرية على الإطلاق، مع خريطة متكاملة من الجينات، أعادت أصول البشرية المعروفة الآن إلى السودان، وكشفت أن هؤلاء الأجداد عاشوا منذ أكثر من مليون سنة

وتقع تقديرات الباحثين للمنطقة التي انحدر منها أوائل البشر وأصل مئات الأجيال المتعاقبة على مسافة 402 كم شمال الخرطوم.

وتمكن الباحثون من إنشاء شبكة تضم ما يقرب من 27 مليون من أسلاف الشعوب” واستخدموا عينات “ليست فقط من البشر المعاصرين ، ولكن أيضًا من الأشخاص القدامى الذين عاشوا في جميع أنحاء العالم منذ ما بين آلاف ومئات الآلاف من السنين. “

واستخدم الباحثون أيضًا “خوارزميات متطورة” للنظر في أنماط التباين الجيني في البيانات و “التنبؤ” بالمناطق التي تم العثور على أسلاف مشتركة في “شجرة العائلة”
