هيئة الموثقين الموريتانيين: نثمن ما تحقق في رقمنة العقارات

عقدت هيئة الموثقين الموريتانيين، اليوم الثلاثاء، لقاء مع إدارة العقارات، ناقش عددا من الملفات المتعلقة بالتوثيق. كان ابرزها تقديم عرض عن الرقمنة وتقريب الخدمة من المواطن. 

 

وقال رئيس الهيئة حمدي ولد حمادي، في تصريح لموقع الصحراء، إن الطرفين بحثا ملفات في مقدمتها الاستراتيجية التي تنتهجها إدارة العقارات، مؤكدا أنه في إطار ضمان انسيابية العمل تم تزويد الموثقين بأرقام سرية تتيح لهم الولوج للمنصة الرقمية التي توفرها الإدارة للتحقق من المكية العقارية عن بعد. 

 

وأضاف ولد حمادي أن من شأن هذه الخطوة تسهيل عمل الموثقين "حيث بات بإمكانهم التأكد من الوثائق ومدى تطابقها مع بيانات الإدارة، ومنع تزويرها". 

 

وأضاف ولد حمادي أن اللقاءات القادمة ستناقش موضوع الدفع للخزينة عن بعد، ومكافحة تزوير الوثائق وحماية ممتلكات المواطنين، وتحسين العمل. 

 

وأكد رئيس نقابة الموثقين أنه تم قطع عدة خطوات في الإتجاه الصحيح من بينها إصدار وثائق الرهن وتحويل الملكية بشكل آمن وتلقائي. كما ثمن ما تحقق من رقمنة العمل.
