القضاء الإماراتي : 10 سنوات سجن ضد موريتاني متهم بالانتماء إلى داعش

حكمت محكمة إماراتية على موريتاني يدعى  لعمر ولد سالم ولد عمر بالسجن 10 سنوات بعد اتهامه بالانتماء إلى داعش .

وصدر الحكم من فرع أمن الدولة في المحكمة الاتحادية العليا  و حسب موقع "مراسلون" الموريتاني نقلا عن وسائل إعلام إماراتية، فإن هذا الحكم كان  ضمن أحكام تراوحت بين الإعدام والبراءة في قضيتي خلية داعش وخلية جماعة الحوثيين، حيث”.

 وذكر نفس المدر أن "المحكمة قضت في الجلسة التي ترأسها المستشار محمد الجراح الطنيجي غيابياً بالإعدام على كل من عبدالعزيز اسعود عبدالعزيز (25 سنة)، ومعاذ عبدالرحمن إبراهيم (22 سنة)، وسعود عبدالعزيز عوض (18 سنة)، وأحمد علي أحمد سيف (29 سنة)، وجميعهم إماراتيون، كما اشتملت الأحكام على السجن لعمر ولد سالم ولد عمر موريتاني، وعبدالرحمن حسن إماراتي 10 سنوات، و5 سنوات لفارس محمد سالم علي عبدالله صالح إماراتي، وعبدالله علي عبدالرسول بحريني، و3 سنوات لمحمد علي سالم، والبراءة لأحمد علي سالم".

والجدير بالذكر أن وزير الخارجية الموريتاني السيد إسلكو احمد إزيد بيه قد سافر ليلة الخميس الماضي إلى مسقط (سلطنة عمان) حيث يقوم بزيارة في منطقة الخليج. هل لهذا السفر علاقة بوضعية الموريتاني المذكور آنفا ؟ من الصعب تأكيد ذلك رغم أن الوزير سيطلع لا محالة على الموضوع مما يوفر له فرصة لتعزيز التعاون في المجال الأمني مع مضيفيه.
