أمّ المهالك ! / محمد الأمين ولد سيدي مولود

تأتي أحكام متهمي الاختلاس أمس لتؤكد التدهور الحاصل في سمعة ومصداقية وأداء القضاء في ظل حكم عزيز؛ إذ كيف يتم الحكم على شاب رمى حذاء تجاه وزير بالسجن ثلاث سنوات نافذة وعلى ازملائه بالحكم سنتين على زملائه الذين هتفوا ضد الحكم بسنتين أيصا وهو نفس الحكم على متهمين باختلاس مئات الملايين بالسجن نفس المدة؟؟؟

إنه نفس القضاء الذين سجن متهمين بالتظاهر ورمي الشرطة الخ بعضهم لم يكن حاضرا مطلقا لما حصل في گژرة بوعماتو؛ بالسجن خمسة عشر سنة وعشر سنوات الخ وهو نفس القضاء الذي لم يستطع سجن بدر بعد إطلاق النار على رجاء وتصاغر أمام قريبه صاحب "رصاصات المندرينه" .. قضاء أفرج عن عتاة متهمي المخدرات وباروناتها ويخلد عشرات الفقراء والجياع في سجونه بسبب اختلاس قنينات غاز وهواتف متهالكة؛ وفيهم من تجاوز فترات حكمه.

قضاء ونظام يجسدان إثم " إن سرق فيهم القوي تركوه وإن سرق فيهم الضعيف أقاموا عليه الحد" وتلك أم المهالك؛ وما فضيحة سونمكس وأموال الجيش منا ببعيد ... إنه قضاء وقدر !!
