الناطق باسم الحكومة: قطع خدمة الإنترنت يخضع لمسطرة من الإجراءات القانونية والتنظيمية

قال الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة الناني ولد اشروقه إن قطع خدمة الإنترنت يخضع لمسطرة من الإجراءات القانونية والتنظيمية، منصوص عليها في مراسيم مجلس الوزراء الصادرة في عام 2013، نظراً لأنه يتعلق بحرمان المواطنين من خدمة عامة.

جاء ذلك خلال المؤتمر الصحفي للحكومة، مساء أمس الثلاثاء في نواكشوط، حيث أكد الوزير أن انقطاع الإنترنت في موريتانيا كان بدافع أمني، مضيفا أن العديد من الدول تلجأ إلى قطع الإنترنت لفترات مختلفة قد تمتد لأيام أو حتى لشهور لأسباب أمنية.

يُذكر أن خدمة الإنترنت عن الهواتف المحمولة في موريتانيا انقطعت منذ الثاني من يوليو الجاري، وهو ما يعتبر أطول فترة انقطاع منذ أكثر من سبع سنوات.
