وزارة الصحة تصدر تعميما باحترام خصوصيات المرضى

دعت وزارة الصحة العاملين في القطاع الصحي إلى احترام خصوصيات المرضى وعدم نشر صورهم على المجال الافتراضي تحت أي ظرف كان.

جاء ذلك في تعميم نشرته الوزارة اليوم الاثنين، قالت فيه إنه قد شاع مؤخراً على وسائط التواصل الافتراضي انتشار صور ومقاطع فيديو تخص بعض المرضى، تم عرضها دون تمويه، بحيث لا يصعب التعرف على أصحابها، مما ينافي مبدأ احترام خصوصية المرضى وإنسانيتهم.

وأكدت الوزارة أنه لايسمح بأي نوع من هذه الممارسات، عدا تلك التي تستدعيها الضرورة وتراعى فيها أخلاقيات المهنة وخصوصية المرضى.

ونوهت الوزارة إلى أنها ستتخذ كافة الإجراءات المتضمنة للعقوبات الإدارية والجزائية في حق من يخل بهذه التعليمات، داعية الجميع إلى التقيد بالتعليمات الواردة في هذا التعميم.
