افتتاح أعمال يوم لتبادل المعلومات حول رقمنة الملف التوثيقي تنظمه الهيأة الوطنية للموثقين

أشرف مدير الشؤون المدنية والختم بوزارة العدل السيد: أحمد أحمد مسكه اليوم الأربعاء 18=09-2024 باسم معالي الوزير، على افتتاح أعمال يوم لتبادل المعلومات حول رقمنة الملف التوثيقي تنظمه الهيأة الوطنية للموثقين.
وقال السيد المدير في كلمة له بالمناسبة: إن رقمنة الملف التوثيقي سيكون لها إسهام كبير في تسهيل وضبط وتأمين مختلف المعاملات القانونية وإضفاء مزيد من الشفافية للحد من أشكال التحايل والفساد في مجال التوثيق.
واعتبر المدير أنه في إطار تجسيد الرؤية الإصلاحية لصاحب الفخامة رئيس الجمهورية رئيس المجلس الأعلى للقضاء محمد ولد الشيخ الغزواني، فقد سهر معالي وزير العدل الدكتور محمد محمود ولد الشيخ عبد الله بن بيه على تنظيم أيام تشاورية ومنتديات عامة حول تطوير وإصلاح العدالة شاركت فيها كافة الجهات والهيئات المعنية، وانبثقت عنها وثيقة وطنية شاملة لإصلاح وتطوير العدالة .... وكانت رقمنة قطاع العدل بشكل عام والملف التوثيقي ضمن الأولويات التي تم إدراجها في متن الوثيقة.
من جانبه اعتبر رئيس الهيئة الوطنية للموثقين السيد:محمد عبد الله اسويلم؛ أن السياق الذي يأتي فيه اليوم الإعلامي الخاص بتبادل المعلومات حول رقمنة الملف التوثيقي يعود إلى فترتين: الأولى تمت قبل عام عندما نظمت وزارة العدل منتديات عامة حول العدالة... أما الثانية فتعود إلى الإثنين الماضي عندما وقع معالي وزير العدل اتفاق تعاون مع وزير التحول الرقمي والابتكار وعصرنة الإدارة.
وأضاف الرئيس أن الخطوة الموالية للهيأة ستكون وضع برنامج وخطة تمكن من حشد الوسائل المالية والإدارية التي تضمن تزويد كل مكتب توثيق في موريتانيا بوسائل التكنلوجيا الحديثة لضمان رقمنة الملف التوثيقي.
