البنك الدولي: ماضون في دعم القطاع الزراعي بموريتانيا

قالت مديرة قطاع المياه بالبنك الدولي المكلفة بغرب إفريقيا، إن مؤسستها ماضية قدما في دعم قطاع الزراعة في موريتانيا وأن كل التوصيات التي قدمت بخصوص مشروع تنمية و تثمين ودعم مرونة المياه العابرة للحدود لغرب إفريقيا ستؤخذ بعين الاعتبار.

جاء ذلك خلال اجتماع لبعثة من البنك الدولي مع وزير الزراعة والسيادة الغذائية أمم ولد بيباته مساء أمس الثلاثاء بمكتبه في نواكشوط.

وبحسب الوزارة، فقد تناول اللقاء سبل تعزيز وتطوير الشراكة القائمة بين الوزارة والبنك الدولي والترتيبات التحضيرية لمشروع تنمية وتثمين ودعم مرونة المياه العابرة للحدود لغرب إفريقيا الذي سيموله البنك الدولي لصالح موريتانيا.

كما ناقش الطرفان مكونات المشروع وتدخلاته وأهدافه.

وفي ختام الاجتماع أعطى الوزير، توصياته بضرورة منح الأولوية للمناطق الزراعية المطرية.
