وزارة الإسكان تطلق ملتقى لعرض التقرير التوجيهي للمخطط الوطني للاستصلاح الترابي

أطلقت وزارة الإسكان والعمران والاستصلاح الترابي، أمس، ملتقى فني لعرض التقرير التوجيهي لإعداد المخطط الوطني للاستصلاح الترابي، أولى نتائج العمل الذي انطلق في مايو الماضي لإنجاز أول مخطط للاستصلاح الترابي في موريتانيا.

الأمين العام للوزارة محمد سالم ولد بوخريص، قال في كلمة له بالمناسبة، إن موريتانيا تعول على المخطط الجديد لتحقيق التوزيع العادل للخدمات والمنشآت، ومختلف الأنشطة الاقتصادية، كما سيمكن من توسيع دائرة الاستفادة من الأقطاب التنموية تماشيا مع سياسة الحكومة.

وأضاف ولد بوخريص أن العمل سيتواصل خلال الفترة القادمة في بقية خطوات إعداد المخطط، من خلال جمع الحصيلة القطاعية والترابية، مع اقتراح الخيارات الأفضل، وإنجاز المخططات والخرائط وأنظمة المعلومات، قبل صياغة قانون للدولة يحدد أولوياتها وسياساتها في مجال الاستصلاح الترابي لمدة 20 سنة.

كما دعا ممثلي القطاعات الوزارية والشركاء والمنفذين إلى مواصلة التعاطي الإيجابي مع مكاتب الدراسات المكلفة بإنجاز العمل الفني.

من جانبه أكد المدير المساعد للاستصلاح الترابي والعمل الجهوي في الوزارة مولاي إسماعيل ولد مولاي الحسن على أن الهدف من المخطط هو الإنصاف والقضاء على الاختلالات من خلال إشاعة التنمية على مستوى كافة ربوع التراب الوطني، حيث يُعنى بتنظيم وضبط وتوجيه الاستثمارات العمومية داخل البلد.

مضيفا أن المخطط الوطني للاستصلاح الترابي ينجز عبر اتفاقية انتداب بين القطاع والأركان العامة للجيوش الوطنية، معتبرا أن استعراض التقرير يمثل تلقي الثمرة الأولى لهذا العمل.
