نقابة تعليمية ترفض قرار التبادل بين المدرسين وتصفه بـ"الجائر"

عبرت النقابة الحرّة للمعلمين الموريتانيين "SLEM" عن رفضها قرار التبادل بين المدرسين الصادر عن وزارة التربية وإصلاح النظام التعليمي عبر مذكّرات التحويل.

وأكّدت النقابة في بيان صادر عنها وصلت الأخبار نسخة منه، أنّ القرار استثنى "العشرات من المدرسين الذين أودعوا طلبات للتبادل عن طريق المنصة الرسمية التي فتحتها الوزارة لإيداع طلبات التبادل".

ووصفت النّقابة القرار المذكور بـ "الجائر"، مضيفة أنه من "القرارات الهادفة لحرمان المدرسين من حقهم في التحويل عن طريق التبادل".

وذكرت النقابة، أنّ القرار يأتي في ظل ماقالت إنّه "تفاقم أزمة المعلمين المعتصمين متذ أسبوعين، في بعض الولايات الداخلية رفضا لقرار تحويلهم".

وشدّدت النقابة على أن الشروط المستحدثة مؤخرا للتبادل،"تعجيزية وغير مستندة على نص قانوني، ولا عُرف إداري"، مؤكدة أن الشرط الوحيد للتبادل هو التوافق في التخصص أي لغة التدريس.

واتّهمت الوازرة بعدم "رفـع الضرر" عن المُعلمين، مردفة أنّ "إجراءات التضييق وسلب الحقوق"لا تمتُّ للإصلاح بصلة".

واعتبرت النّقابة أنّ التبادل بين المدرسين "حقّ أصيل" لهم ومتنفس لمن لم تفتح لهم الوزارة التحويل في ولاياتهم، مؤكدّة أنّ التبادل "لا يسبب أي خلل في توزيع المصادر البشرية".

كما طالبت بـ"الإفراج الفوري" عن طلبات التبادل المودعة في المنصة الإلكترونية نهاية أغسطس الماضي.

وكانت الوزراة قد ألغت في الـ8 من أكتوبر الماضي الإعلان المتعلق بفتح المجال لتبادل المدرسين الذي أعلنت عنه يوم الاثنين 7 أكتوبر.
