موريتانيا: المديونية تستنزف نسبة كبيرة من مداخيل البلدان الإفريقية

قال وزير المالية الموريتاني، سيد أحمد ولد أبوه، إن “البلدان الافريقية تواجه تحديات جمة، بسبب المديونية، التي تستنزف نسبة كبيرة من مداخيلها”.

جاء ذلك خلال مشاركته، في الطاولة المستديرة الثالثة، لمجموعة السبع، والتي خصصة، هذه السنة، لوزراء الاقتصاد والمالية في افريقيا.

وأضاف ولد أبوه أن الوضع في القارة، يتفاقم بسبب ظروف التمويل الصعبة والاختلالات المستمرة للاقتصاد الكلي.

وشدد على أن معالجة الوضعية الاقتصادية للدول الإفريقية، تتطلب نهجا متعدد الأوجه، بما في ذلك تعبئة الموارد وتحسين الإدارة المالية، وتعزيز اصلاحات بنية النظام المالي وإعادة هيكلة الديون التي هي ضرورية لمواجهة تحديات السيولة.

ونبه على أهمية تجديد موارد مؤسسة التنمية الدولية، وطالب أيضا بإعادة توجيه حقوق السحب الخاصة مما سيسمح بإعادة توجيهها إلى بنوك التنمية المتعددة الأطراف.
