وزير التحول الرقمي: سنطلق حزمة من الخدمات الرقمية لتقريب المرفق العمومي من المواطن

قال وزير التحول الرقمي أحمد سالم ولد ابده أمس الأربعاء إن قطاعه يعمل على حزمة من الخدمات الرقمية التي ستطلق تباعا في أقرب وقت، مشيرا إلى أن الحزمة بدأت فعلا بإطلاق منصتي"عين" و"مصلحة".

جاء ذلك في كلمة للوزير خلال النقطة الصحفية المعقبة على اجتماع مجلس الوزراء، حيث أوضح ولد ابده أن قطاعه حرص على إعداد بوابة رقمية جديدة تسهل للمواطنين الولوج إلى جميع القطاعات والخدمات الحكومية، تتمثل في منصة "مصلحة"، التي اختيرت لها تسمية تناسب كافة مكونات النسيج المجتمعي في البلاد، وهي منصة مؤمنة ومربوطة بالحالة المدنية بطريقة أوتوماتيكية، كما أنها متاحة عبر جميع أنواع الهواتف، ما يعني أن إطلاقها تم بعد اكتمال التحضيرات الفنية اللازمة لذلك، مضيفا أن المنصة تضمن حماية البيانات الشخصية، حيث تم التنسيق مع سلطة التنظيم من أجل ذلك. 

ولفت إلى أن قطاع التحول الرقمي يسهر على تقريب المرفق العمومي من المواطن، حيث أن خلاياه موجودة في كل قطاع، لرصد ومتابعة الشكاوى والطلبات التي ترد من مختلف مناطق الدولة، مؤكدا أنه وفي غضون أسبوع واحد تمت تسوية 243 ملفا، تخص جميع القطاعات، وذلك من أصل 457 طلبا تضم 325 شكاية، و132 إبلاغا.
