بنت انتهاه: دستور موريتانيا ينص على حماية الدولة والمجتمع للأسرة

 قالت وزيرة العمل الاجتماعي والطفولة والأسرة صفية انتهاه، إن الدستور الموريتاني ينص في مادته الـ 16 على أن الدولة والمجتمع يحميان الأسرة.

ووصفت بنت انتهاه القوانين والتشريعات والنصوص الموريتانية الضامنة لحماية الأسرة وصيانتها، بـ"الزاخرة"، وذلك خلال جلسة حول “السياسات الأسرية في العالم العربي: مقارنة مع أفضل الممارسات في العالم”، على هامش مؤتمر السنة الدولية للأسرة في العاصمة القطرية الدوحة.

 وأكدت بنت انتهاه أنّ موريتانيا أنشأت سياسية وطنية للأسرة، تهدف إلى صيانة الأسرة وضمان رفاهيتها، مضيفةً أنّ قطاعها عمل على تنفيذ عدة برامج لصالح الأسرة.

ولفتت بنت انتهاه إلى أنّ من ذلك برنامج خاص بحل ومعالجة النزاعات الأسرية، وآخر يتعلق بتوفير المساعدة القانونية للنساء ضحايا العنف، الذي قالت إنّه يقع في الأسرة، وخاصة الحرمان من النفقة، وبرنامج وطني لترقية الأسرة واستقرارها، يُسمى "الرفاه".

وأشارت الوزيرة إلى أنّه تم إنشاء قناة مخصصة حصرا لقضايا الأسرة، تسعى "لضبط مسار التحول الاجتماعي الذي تشهده" البلاد، إضافة لمنسقية لصرف إعانة النفقة.
