مواجهات عنيفة بين الشرطة الأمريكية ومتظاهرين

أمر الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب بنشر ألفي عنصر من الحرس الوطني السبت لمواجهة الاحتجاجات المتصاعدة ضد مداهمات وكالات إنفاذ القانون لاعتقال مهاجرين غير نظاميين في منطقة لوس أنجليس، وهي خطوة وصفها حاكم ولاية كاليفورنيا بأنها “تحريضية”.

واشتبك عناصر من الشرطة الفدرالية مع حشود غاضبة في إحدى ضواحي لوس أنجليس مع استمرار الاحتجاجات لليلة ثانية السبت، حيث أطلقت قنابل صوتية وأغلق جزء من طريق سريع وسط مداهمات لمهاجرين غير مسجلين، بحسب ما ذكرت تقارير.

وقالت قناة فوكس 11 الإخبارية إن المواجهات وقعت في ضاحية باراماونت بعد أن احتشد متظاهرون بالقرب من متجر كبير للتجهيزات المنزلية يقصده عمال لتقديم خدماتهم اليومية ويستخدمه عناصر وكالة الهجرة والجمارك الأميركية كنقطة تجمع.

ووفقا لتقارير إخبارية ومنشورات على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، أطلق عناصر الشرطة الفدرالية الذين يضعون أقنعة الغاز قنابل صوتية وغازا مسيلا للدموع على المتظاهرين.
