الحكومة تصادق على إنشاء مؤسسة صناعية وتجارية لمطارات موريتانيا (بيان)

صادقت الحكومة، اليوم الأربعاء، على مشروع مرسوم يتضمن إنشاء مؤسسة عمومية ذات طابع صناعي وتجاري تُسمى المكتب الوطني لمطارات موريتانيا.
 

وقالت الحكومة في البيان الصادر عقب اجتماعها، إنه سيتم تكليف المكتب الوطني لمطارات موريتانيا بتشغيل وصيانة المعدات والتجهيزات والمنشآت والبنية التحتية والخدمات في المطارات.

وتستثنى من ذلك المطارات العسكرية والمطارات التي تعهد بها الدولة، بموجب امتياز أو تفويض تسيير، لهيئات عمومية أو خصوصية وطنية أو أجنبية وكذلك المهام التي تقع ضمن اختصاص وكالة أمن الملاحة الجوية في إفريقيا ومدغشقر(آسكنا).

ووفق بيان الحكومة؛ سيسمح إنشاء هذه الهيئة بالقيام مباشرة بالاستغلال وتنفيذ برنامج تطوير المطارات الضرورية لدفع النشاط الاقتصادي والاجتماعي ودعم جهود الحفاظ على الأمن على امتداد التراب الوطني.
