قمة لومى تدعو إلى موقف حازم ضد القرصنة

دعا الرئيس التوغولي افور انياسينغبي آياديما اليوم السبت الدول الأفريقية إلى موقف  موحد وحازم  لمواجهة تحديات القرصنة البحرية ومشاغل التنمية. 
واعتبر آياديما الذى تحتضن بلاه قمة أفريقية طارئة أن القرصنة البحرية إحدى المعضلة التي تواجه مفاهيم الأمن والاستقرار الذي يرتبط حتما بالتنمية ومقتضياتها.

وثمن الرئيس خلال كلمته أمام القادة الأفارقة ما وصفها  بالإرادة الإفريقية غير المسبوقة لمحاربة الإرهاب والقرصنة البحرية وتحقيق التنمية. 

 وأشار إلى أن الوقت قد حان لعمل أفريقي قوي مبني على إرادة مشتركة بين أبناء أفريقيا ضمانا لمستقبلها وحفاظا على أمنها واستقرارها. 

وافتتحت صباح اليوم السبت في لومي (توغو)،القمة الاستثنائية للاتحاد الافريقي، حول السلم، والأمن البحري والتنمية، بحضور الرئيس الموريتاني محمد ولد عبد العزيز إلى جانب عدد من قادة الدول الافريقية.

بدوره، أكد الرئيس التشادي إدريس ديبي اتنو، الرئيس الدوري للاتحاد الإفريقي، أن الميثاق الافريقي لتأمين النقل البحري يعكس تصميما غير مسبوق من الأفارقة على مواجهة الإرهاب والتهريب والتجارة غير الشرعية والجريمة العابرة للحدود . 

وفى السياق ذاته، اعتبرت رئيسة مفوضية الاتحاد الافريقي الدكتورة ادلاميني زوما أن قمة لومي الأفريقية تؤكد على أن أفريقيا فهمت معنى ارتباط الأمن ومكافحة القرصنة البحرية بإرساء قواعد التنمية المستدامة.
