تعيينات جديدة في القضاء -اسماء

أصدر وزير العدل الاستاذ/ابراهيم ولد داداه مساء اليوم مذكرة عمل بموجبها تم تعيين القضاة التالية اسماؤهم في النيابة العامة:

1-القاضي/عبد الله ولد اندك جلي نائبا للمدعي العام لدى المحكمة العليا-بدل منصبه السابق نائب المدعي العام لدى محكمة استئناف انواكشوط

2-عبدالله ولدأحمد سالم نائبا للمدعي العام لدى م استئناف انواكشوط-وهو قادم من وكالة الجمهورية بانواكشوط الغربية حيث كان يشغل منصب نائب الوكيل

3-محمد ولد الشيخ  نائبا للمدعي العام لدى محكمة استئناف انواكشوط-محول ضمن قرارات المجلس الاعلى بوصفه نائب وكيل الجمهورية بمحكمة ولاية داخلت انواذيبو قادما من غرفة الاحداث بانواكشوط الجنوبية

وتعتبر هذه المذكرة الثانية التي يصدرها وزير العدل بعد تخويلات المجلس الاعلى للقضاء الاسبوع الماضي…حيث تم تعيين القاضي محمدالمختار(حمادي) بموجب المذكرة الاولى في منصب نائب المدعي العام لدى المحكمة العليا.
