عاجل: انقلاب عسكري على الرئيس الغامبي "يحي جامي"

لمت "الحروف الثائرة" أن قائد الآركان الغامبي قام مساء اليوم بانقلاب عسكري على الرئيس الغامبي يحي جامي الذي خسر الانتخابات الرئاسية التي جرت قبل شهر ، ورفض الاعتراف بنتائج تلك الانتخابات ، ولم يعرف حتى الآن مصير جامي وما إذا كان قد تم اعتقاله من قبل الانقلابيين .

ووصل جامي إلى الحكم في غامبيا قبل 22 عاماً في انقلاب عسكري أبيض، وحكم البلاد بقبضة من حديد، تعرض لعدة انقلابات عسكرية فاشلة أعقبتها عمليات قمع وتصفيات وحشية.
