محكمة أمريكية ترفض طلب ترامب إعادة تفعيل حظر السفر

رفضت محكمة الاستئناف الأميركية، الأحد، طلب إدارة الرئيس دونالد ترامب بإعادة تفعيل قراره بحظر السفر لمواطني 7 دول إسلامية، بعد أن حكمت محكمة سياتل في ولاية واشنطن بتعليق ذلك القرار التنفيذي.

وكانت وزارة العدل الأميركية استأنفت حكم محكمة سياتل، بناء على طلب من ترامب الذي قال "سنفوز. من أجل سلامة بلدنا، نحن سوف نفوز."

وقالت وزارة الخارجية الأميركية السبت، إنه سيتم السماح للأشخاص الذين يحملون تأشيرات سارية بالسفر إلى الولايات المتحدة، التزاما بحكم قاض اتحادي في مدينة سياتل أوقف الأمر التنفيذي الذي أصدره ترامب.
