إجراءات تصعيدية جديدة اتخذها مجلس الشيوخ ضد الحكومة (خاص)

كشفت مصادر خاصة لوكالة الطواري الاخبارية ان مجلس الشيوخ اتخذ اجراءات تصعيدية جديدة ضد السلطة التنفيذية.

وحسب مصادر الطواري فقد تعمد المجلس عدم استقبال وزير الاقتصاد والمالية، المختار ولد اجاي، لنقاش ثلاثة مشاريع قوانين تتضمن التسوية النهائية لميزانيات سنوات 2007، 2008 و 2009 وذلك في جلسة علنية كانت مبرمجة يوم الاربعاء الماضي.

واللافت في تعامل مجلس الشيوخ مع وزير الاقتصاد والمالية ان المجلس تعمد تغييب جميع اعضائه وحتى هيئاته الادارية ليجد الوزير نفسه في مبنى خال من البشر باستثناء الحرس وبعض العمال البسطاء غير المعنيين بتنظيم الجلسات.

الوزير اضطر للانسحاب بعد ان انتظر طويلا دون ان يجد من يجيب على اسئلته حول غياب الشيوخ بهذا الشكل.

وفي سياق ذي صلة قرر مجلس الشيوخ مدير العلاقات مع البرلمان بوزارة العلاقات مع البرلمان والمجتمع المدني من دخول مبنى المجلس واصدر رئيس المجلس تعليماته للحرس بمنعه تحت اي ظرف من الولوج لمقر المجلس.

كما ارسل رئيس المجلس رسالة لوزيرة العلاقات مع لابلاغها بهذا القرار، وهو الامر الذي عقد من انسيابة العمل باعتبار ان مدير العلاقات مع البرلمان هو المعني بتنسيق عمل الحكومة على مستوى هذه الغرفة كما اثر هذا القرار على برمجة مشاريع القوانين سواء على مستوى اللجان او الجلسات العلنية بمجلس الشيوخ.

وكشفت مصادر الطواري كذلك ان مجلس الشيوخ قرر برمجة مشروع الميزانية المعدل يوم السادس والعشرين من يونيو اي يوم الاثنين القام، وهو يوم عطلة معوضة لانه اليوم الموالي لعيد الفطر او يوم عيد الفطر وهو ما يعني عمليا الغاء نقاشها او تاخيره عن هذه الدورة على الاقل.
