هيئة الساحل تتهم "لادي" بالعنصرية والانحياز ضد الضعفاء

اتهمت هيئة الساحل وكالة التنمية الحضرية "لادي" بالعنصرية والانحياز ضد الضعفاء، مطالبة السلطات المعنية "بالحذر و التروي في منح القطع الأرضية لفئة اجتماعية تجد في الدولة مساندة وحمية أكثر بكثير من الفئات الأخرى".

وجاء في بيان صادر عن الهيئة تلقت الأخبار نسخة منه، أن الوكالة منحت أمس الثلاثاء قطعة متنازعا عليها بتوجنين لصالح شخص حصل على عدة قطع أرضية بالمنطقة نفسها يدعى أحمدو سيدي ولد فاغا، وذلك على حساب الطرف الآخر وهو يحظيه ولد بلال الذي قالت إن أسرته تسكن القطعة منذ 16 عاما.

 

وأوضح البيان أن الطرفين كانا في حالة "مداخلة" قبل أن تحضر لجنة من "لادي" وتخبر سكان القطعة بأنه تم منحها كاملة للطرف الآخر، مؤكدا أن الشخص الذي منحت له القطعة "لم يسكن أبدا في هذه المنطقة ولا يملك أي استثمار في الأرض التي يدعي ملكيتها الآن".

 

وحذرت الهيئة التي يقودها الحقوقي ونائب رئيس حركة "إيرا" سابقا إبراهيم ولد بلال، من أنه "في كل مرة الشاكي حرطاني والمستفيد بيظاني و النتيجة استمرار ظلم على أسس عنصرية غير مقبولة و خطيرة العواقب".

 

ووصفت الهيئة ما يجري بأنه "هو التهديد الحقيقي للوحدة الوطنية فئة تظلم بأيدي الدولة و فئة تُظلم بأيدي الدولة و النتيجة دائما هي هي: ظلم لحراطين".
