المغرب يقطع خطوة أخرى تجاه موريتانيا

بعد فترة جفاء طويلة، أقدم المغرب اليوم 25 يونيو على تعيين سفير جديد له في موريتانيا خلفا لسفيره الراحل عبد الرحمن بنعمر.
ويأتي القرار الذي اتخذه الملك المغربي اليوم بتعيين حميد شبار سفيرا في موريتانيا بمثابة خطوة أخرى على طريق إعادة العلاقات بين البلدين لوضعها الطبيعي، بعد الخطوة التي اتخذها الملك بتبديد أجواء التوتر التي أثارتها تصريحات سابقة لرئيس حزب الاستقلال حميد شباط من خلال إدانة تلك التصريحات وغيفاد الوزير الأول المغربي للاعتذار للرئيس الموريتاني.
ويتوقع أن ترد موريتانيا على الخطوة الجديدة بتسمية سفير لها في المغرب بعد سنوات من خفض تمثيلها الدبلوماسي في الرباط، حيث سبق للرئيس محمد ولد عبد العزيز أن أعلن في مؤتمر صحفي بأن موريتانيا تنتظر تعيين الرباط لسفير لها في نواكشوط.

وترددت مؤخرا أنباء في موريتانيا حول حصول تطور إيجابي في العلاقات بين البلدين وبروز رغبة متبادلة في طي صفحة الماضي.

وبحسب ما أورته مصادر إعلامية فإن السفير المغربي الجديد الأستاذ حميد شبار هو إداري قديم ودبلوماسي كان يشغل منصب سفير لبلاده في غانا منذ 2016، كما سبق وعمل واليا لمنطقة الداخلة و نائبا للمبعوث الدائم للمغرب لدى لأمم المتحدة في نيويورك.
وسبق لشبار كذذلك أن شغل منصب مستشار مكلف بالقضية الصحراوية، و مفوض العلاقات بين المغرب وقوات الأمم المتحدة في الصحراء الغربية المينورسو، وعمل بعد تخرجه في المدرسة الوطنية للإدارة قبل أن ينتقل للعمل في وزارة الداخلية، وهو إطار حاصل على دكتوراه في العلوم السياسية من جامعة بروكسل.
