مشروع اتفاق من خمسة بنود لإنهاء الأزمة القطرية

قالت صحيفة السياسة الكويتية، إن هناك مبادرة جديدة لحل الأزمة بين السعودية والإمارات والبحرين ومصر من جهة، ودولة قطر من جهة أخرى، مكونة من خمسة بنود.

وجاء في بنود المبادرة كما كشفتها الصحيفة الكويتية تقليص برامج التحريض وإثارة النعرات في قناة الجزيرة والتعهد بعدم مهاجمة مصر ودول الخليج مرة أخرى.

 

وقالت الصحيفة، إن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية دخلت بكامل ثقلها على خط الأزمة القطرية، دعما للوساطة الكويتية الساعية لإيجاد حل ينهي التوتر في المنطقة ويوقف التصعيد، ويستجيب لطلبات الدول المقاطعة، وينهي هواجسها في الوقت ذاته.

 

وقالت الصحيفة الكويتية، نقلاً عن مصادر دبلوماسية مطلعة، إن الاجتماع، الذي عقد بين وزير الخارجية الأمريكي"ريكس تيلرسون بواشنطن ووزير الخارجية القطري الشيخ محمد بن عبد الرحمن آل ثاني ووزير الدولة لشؤون مجلس الوزراء الشيخ محمد العبدالله ناقش النقاط النهائية لاتفاق سوف يتم إنجازه بين الأطراف الخليجية، تضمن واشنطن تطبيقه وتشرف الكويت على تنفيذه ومتابعته.

 

وقالت المصادر، إن أبرز نقاط الاتفاق المزمع، الذي يرجح أن يتم توقيعه الأسبوع المقبل في الكويت، إذا وافقت السعودية والإمارت والبحرين ومصر عليه، خمسة بنود أساسية هي :

 

أولا : مغادرة الداعية الإخواني يوسف القرضاوي وحركة "حماس" الدوحة.

 

ثانيا : عودة القوات التركية التي وصلت الدوحة بعد الأزمة إلى بلادها.

 

ثالثا : مراقبة التحويلات المالية القطرية للجهات المقاتلة.

 

رابعا : تقديم قطر كل المستندات الخاصة بالمنظمات المتواجدة على أراضيها للجهات الأمنية الأمريكية.

 

خامسا : تقليص برامج التحريض وإثارة النعرات في قناة الجزيرة والتعهد بعدم مهاجمة دول الخليج ومصر.

 

وأضافت المصادر، أن الولايات المتحدة تهدف لإنهاء أزمة الخليج سريعاً، من أجل التفرغ للملف السوري، مشيرة إلى وجود معلومات شبه مؤكدة عن تجهيز واشنطن لشن ضربات عسكرية قوية على مواقع الجيش السوري في الأيام المقبلة.

 

ورأت المصادر، أن إعلان وزارة الدفاع الأمريكية رصدها نشاطا مشبوها في قاعدة الشعيرات الجوية السورية التي استخدمت لشن الهجوم الكيميائي السابق أبريل/نيسان الماضي، والتحذير الذي وجهته للحكومة السورية من مغبة القيام بهجوم كيماوي جديد، يأتي تمهيدا لهذه الضربات.
