ليس جديدا على العلامة الفهامة الشيخ حمدا ولد التاه حفظه الله أن يكون صاحب السبق في الفهم وفي التنزيل وفي مقاربة الواقع بسياقية النص والتراث .. اختلال الواقع على مستوى البنية الديمغرافية والواقع على مستوى البنية الإجتماعية من خلال إنتشار العنوسة يتطلب مثل هذه الفتاوي الجادة والتي تتجاوز مرتبة الفتوى لترقى لمستوى المشاريع الإصلاحية .. حمدا يستحق الإحترام وموقفه من التعدد موقف إجتماعي ووطني بتأطير فقهي صادق ومعبر عن مطلب ملح للواقع .
