تمرير مرسوم المقاولة العمومية بموريتانيا

صادقت الحكومة الموريتانية في اجتماعها يوم أمس على مشروع مرسوم ينظم قطاع المقاولة العمومية في البلاد، وذلك بعد سنوات من تأجيل إخراج هذا المرسوم المطبق لقانون المقاولة.

وتضمن البيان المتوج لاجتماع مجلس الوزراء أن المجلس درس وصادق على مشروع مرسوم مطبق لبعض أحكام القانون رقم 2005-020 الصادر بتاريخ 30 يناير 2005 المتعلق بالمقاولة العمومية وشروط تفويضها.

وينتظر أن تمثل هذه المصادقة تمهيدا لتطبيق المرسوم في وقت لاحق بعد سنوات من تأجيل إخراج مشروع المرسوم المطبق لأحكام قانون المقاولة الذي سبق وأن تم إعداده سنة 2005.
