ارتفاع في أسعار المواد الاستهلاكية قبيل صدور الأوراق النقدية الجديدة

تشهد أسواق المواد والبضائع الاستهلاكية في نواكشوط ارتفاعا متزايدا هذه الأيام، بينما يترقب الموريتانيون صدور الأوراق والقطع النقدية الجديدة التي أعلن عنها رئيس الجمهورية، محمد ولد عبد العزيز، مؤخرا في خطابه السنوي بمناسبة ذكرى الإستقلال الوطني.

وفي هذا السياق شهدت بعض أنواع الأرز الأكثر استهلاكا زيادة في سعر الكيلوغرام بلغت 15%، بينما لوحظ صعود في أسعار الخضروات؛ خاصة البطاطس والجزر والطماطم.

وطالت هذه الزيادات كذلك أسعار مواد استهلاكية أخرى مثل أنواع مستوردة من المنتوجات الغذائية.

ويعلل بعض تجار التجزئة والباعة في أسواق اللحوم والخضروات هذه الزيادة غير المتوقعة في الأسعار، بارتفاع تكاليف النقل الناجمة عن زيادة الرسوم على الشاحنات القادمة من بعض بلدان الجوار، والتي يستخدمها موردو معظم تلك المواد؛ خاصة الخضروات؛ بينما يربط بعض المراقبين بين هذه الزيادة وبين مخاوف التجار من احتمال خفض قيمة العملة الوطنية عند تغيير أوراقها وقطعها النقدية من خلال حذف أحد أصفارها.
